Responsibilities:

Operation and Maintenance Manuals: Prepare comprehensive operation and maintenance manuals for projects.
Technical Documentation Centralization: Centralize all technical documentation delivered with vehicles, including spare parts lists, drawings, etc.
Catalog Management: Receive and record all catalogs for individual projects from stores.
Catalog Release Scheduling: Maintain an independent schedule for releasing catalogs before unit dispatch.
Coordination with Engineers: Collaborate with Design Engineers and Electrical Engineers to understand project operations and special conditions to be integrated into the manuals.
Product Testing Participation: Participate in product testing to gain a thorough understanding of unit operations.
Manual Drafting: Release a draft of the operation manual to Quality Control (QC) before vehicle testing to verify the accuracy and completeness of the information.
Documentation Centralization: Centralize all catalogs along with the manuals and pass them to the QC department at the end of the project.
Photoshoots: Conduct photoshoots of individual vehicles and vehicle parts for use in manual creation.
Decal Design: Design control panel decals and assist in their production.
Manual Release: Release completed manuals (both hard copies and CDs) to the QC department.
Graphic Design: Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator for the graphic design of manuals and decals.
Technical Writing: Write and refine operation procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong technical writing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Experience in creating and managing technical documentation.
Knowledge of vehicle operation and maintenance is a plus.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical writing and graphic design skills to ensure that all project documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in technical writing, communication, or a related field is also acceptable.
Experience:

3-5 years of experience in technical writing or documentation management.
Skills:

Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software for technical writing.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in technical content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Relevant experience with Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office.
Knowledge of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into user-friendly content.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and software development processes.
Abilities:

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects concurrently.
