Job Title: Project Coordinator

Role Overview: We seek a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects. You will manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and risks while communicating clearly with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and resolve conflicts or issues.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including key milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations, ensuring optimal workflow and timely project completion.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for engineering teams, addressing inquiries, providing support, and facilitating communication across teams.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Assist in creating technical documentation such as specifications, reports, and proposals that support project goals and objectives.
  • Conducted risk assessments and implemented strategies to mitigate potential disruptions, ensuring project stability and reliability.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring on-time delivery to meet project specifications and deadlines.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas and driving operational efficiencies within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, demonstrating expertise in project execution and team collaboration.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess project performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical details.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with experience motivating and inspiring team members while encouraging collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
