The key responsibility of an Automotive Technician is to maintain current knowledge of our products/vehicles’ technical aspects and demonstrate proficiency in accurately diagnosing and resolving issues on the initial attempt.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular servicing procedures to uphold vehicle performance.
Complete tasks including replacing brake pads, belts, and bellows, as well as repairing pulleys.
Proactively detect potential issues during both field and workshop assignments.
Employ tools and follow recommended procedures from service manuals to optimize productivity and effectiveness.
Interpret and apply instructions from workshop manuals, utilizing service checklists when necessary.
Skills Needed:
Robust problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Capability to perform effectively under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Demonstrated technical proficiency in autonomously servicing, repairing, and overhauling components.

Qualifications for the Role:
Fundamental technical education and/or completion of an apprenticeship program.
Possession of a trade certificate or diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience specifically with buses.
Possession of a UAE driving license is beneficial.
