We seek an experienced Technician specializing in Industrial Products to join our team at FAMCO. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and overhauling Ingersoll Rand air compressors, air dryers, and related products. The position involves travel within the UAE and internationally, including assignments onshore and offshore at oil field platforms. Strong knowledge of air compressors will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, troubleshoot, and overhaul Ingersoll Rand pneumatic tools, hoists, winches, and air compressors.
- Complete service tasks within the assigned labor hours, ensuring minimal rework.
- Provide technical support and work closely with the service team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct on-site fieldwork, project installations, and assignments at customer locations, including offshore and onshore environments.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by adhering to service quality standards.
- Prepare detailed and accurate service reports professionally.
- Contribute to the achievement of service revenue targets and operational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience servicing, troubleshooting, and overhauling industrial air compressors and dryers.
- Proficiency in the mechanical aspects of pneumatic tools and air winches.
- Ability to work independently in on-site, field, and offshore settings.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to ensure effective coordination with the service team.
- Good English communication skills, both written for report generation and verbal for customer interaction.
- A proactive, customer-service focused approach to ensuring satisfaction and service excellence.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:
- ITI/Diploma/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with a reputable dealer, distributor, or service organization.
- Strong technical expertise in industrial products, including air compressors, air dryers, and winches.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
