Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Workshop Technician to join our team and contribute to our high standards of dealership services for customer vehicles. In this role, you will ensure top-notch quality, enhanced productivity, and technical efficiency, significantly boosting our workshop’s revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned repairs within or under standard time, showcasing both efficiency and accuracy.
• Proactively identify potential future issues and provide detailed additional job reports, including accurate part numbers.
• Keep the work area clean and follow all safety protocols while servicing/repairing vehicles, strictly following standard job flow procedures.
• Carry out necessary repairs according to the manufacturer’s standards, ensuring problems are resolved correctly on the first attempt (First-Time Fix).
• Use relevant check and log sheets during diagnostic and repair processes, strictly following all procedures.
  Required Skills for Success:

  Extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge and proficiency in workshop equipment and tools.
  Ability to interpret and analyze drawings, schematics, and service manuals, with a solid understanding of mechanical installation procedures.
  Basic computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities to deliver outstanding customer service.
  Strong dedication to upholding high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
