We are seeking a dedicated individual to spearhead our efforts in identifying and addressing the training needs of UAE National employees. As a Training and Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the skills, productivity, and overall quality of work for our Emirati staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular assessments to pinpoint training requirements and identify skill gaps among Emirati employees.
Utilize performance metrics and feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement and tailor training initiatives accordingly.
Develop and deliver thorough induction programs to ensure new hires are equipped with essential knowledge and skills.
Provide ongoing training on various aspects including product knowledge, underwriting, claims handling, and customer service techniques.
Design training modules covering essential skills such as effective telephone operations, client handling, and customer service.
Offer personalized coaching and guidance to Emirati employees to support their career development.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous enhancement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for compliance and reporting purposes.
Collaborate closely with training agencies to fulfill requirements and facilitate development initiatives.
Develop engaging and effective training content for diverse programs.

Key Qualifications for Success:
Proficiency in both written and oral communication in Arabic and English.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills coupled with a high level of customer service orientation.
Extensive expertise in insurance sales training.
Demonstrated excellence in training delivery.
Vibrant personality with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Your Credentials:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
5 to 7 years of progressive experience in relevant roles within dynamic organizations, including a minimum of 3 years serving as a trainer.
Comprehensive knowledge of General Insurance and other lines of business.
Proficiency in sales techniques, with a focus on motivating Emirati employees being a valuable additional asset.
