Job Role:
As a Sales Strategist, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at meeting training revenue objectives. This involves identifying and engaging potential clients to promote our training programs, delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value of our services, negotiating contracts, and ultimately closing deals to establish training partnerships. Additionally, you will be expected to provide ongoing support and maintain communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to tailor training solutions to meet client needs is also crucial.
Candidate Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, accompanied by a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the training or education sector. Possessing certifications in sales or training management would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B setting. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages would be beneficial.
