Job Description:
We seek a dynamic individual to drive our sales efforts and achieve our training revenue targets. As the Sales Strategist, you’ll be responsible for devising and executing effective sales strategies. Your role will involve identifying and engaging potential clients, delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction through ongoing support. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to tailor training solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the training or education sector. Certifications in sales or training management would be advantageous. You should have 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in a B2B setting, and fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
