Job Description
The Administration Officer is responsible for duties related to maintaining accurate student records, checking, and validating submitted documents related to admissions, attending to incoming inquiries and providing accurate information about MBRSG academic programs, participate in initiatives to drive student admissions and enrolment opportunities.
1. Effectively utilize Student Management System database engine (Quercus) in order to aid student admission process, and assist the Admission and Program Relation Manager to keep students’ records updated.
2. Check/Review submitted applications of prospective students based on MBRSG admission requirements. Record or take note of comments or complaints received from applicants or students and pass it to line manager or Director.
3. Advise students about the programs offered, admission procedure, tuition fees and payment plans.
4. Conduct weekly status reports effectively with Admissions and Program Relations Manager for each student enquiry and record timely follow-up actions. (Help in providing data analysis and reports)
5. Answer incoming inquiries (phone calls/emails) and provide accurate information about MBRSG academic programs and follow up with applicants on their inquiries.
6. Liaise and build positive relationships with colleagues and co-workers at MBRSG
7. Effectively participate in initiatives to drive student admissions and enrolment opportunities with the Admission and Program Relation Manager.
8. Assist in researching potential target markets or program comparisons. Assist in researching and reporting new local and international trends in academic environment.
9. Participate in admission events including virtual open day, exhibition and official visits, etc.
10. Maintain and secure confidential records and Student information.
11. Perform other relevant administrative duties assigned by the Admissions and Program Relations Manager.
