Responsibilities
PR Operation
Liaise with the PRO team for New Joiners Visa, Medical, Emirates ID and Tawjeeh process, for existing employees medical, Emirates ID and Work permit renewal
Tracking of Visa and Work permit renewal master in the HRMS system
Liaise with the PRO team for cancellation process & ensure smooth exit of the employee
Issuing NOC letters for the employees
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law
HR & Administration
Support the HR Business Partner in implementing the Group Medical Insurance scheme
Liaise with the Insurance provider on all the additions and deletions of medical insurance
Support employees on their queries on the medical insurance policy
Support & ensure employee transfers are processed smoothly with adherence to the group policies & process
Tracking document inward and outward
Liaise with security for building access and Parking
Liaise with fleet team for fuel kit
Ensure effective implementation of new rules and changes in the UAE Labour Law.
Ad-hoc support to the HR team with projects, activities or tasks as needed
Ensure compliance with statutory provisions with respect to people practices and processes.
Support on HR initiatives and Projects in alignment with the People Strategy and Business strategy
MIS and Data
Responsible for the generation of monthly, quarterly and annual as well as ad hoc reports
To regularly provide updates/ suggestions/ insights based on the data
Manage and maintain all relevant trackers in the agreed formats
Ensure that correct and complete information is stored in the My Landmark System
