We are looking to recruit an MEP Construction Manager to support our projects in Saudi Arabia. Duties are as follows:
- Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with the authorities’ regulations.
- Responsible for managing the MEP site team, including mentoring, scheduling their activities, leading coordination meetings, recruiting, and performance management of the team members.
- Monitoring project budgets and schedule, and overseeing performance to ensure on time, quality, and on budget project execution.
- Check and ensure the project brief, all design briefs, MEP drawings and specification, and all project relevant information are executed as per client objectives.
- Directing the MEP site team through all project construction phases including contractor coordination and all aspects of site management.
- Review, comments, and recommend the course of actions for all MEP technical submittals, material, shop drawings, methods statements, etc., for final approval of the management and the client.
- Candidate Profile:
Previous experience from top-tier leading contractor companies is an advantage.
Must have a transferable Iqama. - Priorities are to candidates who can join immediately
- KSA Attested Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Must be a certified member of the Saudi Council of Engineers
- At least 8 years of working experience as a Construction Manager handling MEP projects
