Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and highly efficient Office Manager/Personal Assistant with up to 2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of our office, providing support to our managing directors, assisting our team of 30, and handling HR and accounting related tasks. This is a demanding and fast-paced role requiring excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support to the Managing Directors, including scheduling, correspondence, and logistics
Oversee administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Handle all company accounting tasks, including petty cash, invoicing, payroll, and contracting
Oversee HR responsibilities such as recruiting, onboarding, and managing staff records
Work with documents and create presentations, handling data analysis via Excel
Handle various ad hoc projects as and when they arise
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
Up to 2 years of experience in office administration, executive assistance, HR, or a similar role
Fluent in English (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
