We seek an experienced and dedicated Workshop Supervisor to join our team at the Used Cars Preparation Center in Dubai. This key role is essential for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the workshop, maintaining high standards of productivity and quality control, and fostering strong team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with parts advisors, quality control, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Achieving Targets: Drive the team to meet monthly production goals by ensuring optimal focus and efficiency.
- Team Support: Provide team members guidance, support, and constructive feedback to foster positive morale and teamwork.
- Efficiency & Productivity: Oversee and manage daily operations on the shop floor to enhance workflow and productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven supervisory experience within a workshop environment.
- Workshop Expertise: Strong knowledge of workshop operations and production processes.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to meet set targets.
- Problem Solving & Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
